Venues agree to:

A Venue Feature places your product inside a curated NYC bar, restaurant, or bottle shop for a campaign window, typically 1 to 2 weeks. Featured in a specialty cocktail and on display behind the bar, your product gets real visibility in front of real customers.

 

We coordinate with the venue, handle the creative, and deliver beautiful photo and video content that captures your brand in a live hospitality setting. This is perfect for brands looking to create buzz, build proof of placement, and generate versatile content.

This is the perfect way to extend your campaign’s impact beyond the venue and into the social feeds of highly engaged consumers.

In-Venue Brand Takeover

An In-Venue Brand Takeover is your opportunity to dominate the guest experience at a top-tier NYC bar or restaurant for a full week (or weekend). We’ll turn the venue into a branded environment where your product is front and center—from custom cocktails to branded menus, signage, and social content. It’s more than a feature—it’s a full sensory impression.
 
Through this takeover, your brand becomes the talk of the room. We curate every touchpoint to highlight your product in an authentic, exciting way, backed by professional photography, content distribution, and real on-premise impact. Billy Boy Studio manages everything: creative, execution, and reporting.
 
What’s Included:

  • Placement in a signature cocktail or tasting menu

  • Branded menus, table tents, or coasters (design + production)

  • Back bar and shelf placement

  • In-venue signage (signage, window decals, mirror clings, etc.)

Venue Participation

Each participating venue actively supports your brand throughout the campaign. We work closely with them to ensure a seamless and valuable experience, for both the venue and your product.

Venues Agree To:

  • Feature your product in a specialty cocktail or tasting pour

  • Display your bottle visibly behind the bar or on the shelf

  • Allow a monthly content shoot, coordinated around their schedule

  • Share curated posts on social media

  • Keep the featured product stocked for the duration of the campaign (We coordinate this with the brand)

  • Offer basic feedback about how the drink or product is performing

  • Allow branding materials like table tents, menus, or shelf talkers if applicable (Optional)

  • Permit content usage rights for the brand across digital and marketing platforms

  • Be open to future collaborations if the campaign is successful

This creates real, in-market exposure while supplying you with authentic content, meaningful brand placement, and social media amplification, all driven through respected, on-premise accounts your customers already trust.

Brand Participation

To make your placement campaign run smoothly and deliver real impact, we ask all participating brands to provide the following. This ensures alignment between your goals, our creative execution, and the hospitality venues representing your product.

Brands Agree To:

  • Supply product to participating venues, either directly or via distributor (We’ll help coordinate delivery and timing to match campaign launch.)

  • Confirm featured SKUs and preferred usage (e.g. cocktail, neat pour, display only)

  • Provide branding assets for content and marketing (Logos, bottle images, product descriptions, social handles, guidelines, etc.)

  • Approve creative direction or campaign concepts in a timely manner (We’ll propose the concept, shot list, or visual direction for review.)

  • Grant usage rights for product branding across content, paid media, and promotional materials

Optional But Encouraged:

  • Share or promote content on your brand’s social media, website, or trade channels (We’ll deliver everything pre-sized and ready to post.)

  • Provide branded materials for use on-site (table tents, signage, coasters, menus, if approved by the venue)

  • Support influencer tie-ins through reposting, gifting, or amplification

  • Join us at a venue or event, if local and available, to see your product in action

Billy Boy Studio Participation

Billy Boy Studio leads the strategy, creative, and coordination for your campaign from start to finish. We act as your local extension, placing your product in real venues, producing professional content, and generating buzz across digital and on-premise channels.

What We Handle:

  • Venue curation and outreach based on your brand goals

  • Coordination with bar managers and distributors to ensure proper placement and product availability

  • Creative direction and content production (photo + video)

  • Influencer management if included in your campaign

  • Social media coordination with venues and partners

  • Content delivery and asset formatting for brand use

  • Post-campaign reporting with visuals, reach, and engagement metrics
